Introduction

Speaking of E-liquid, non-smokers are relatively new to it. E-liquid is also known as e-cigarette liquid, which is an electronic atomizing liquid used with electronic cigarettes. Heated by an electronic vaporizer, a cigarette-like mist is generated. Different from e-cigarette tubes (such as e-cigarette pens or atomizers), E-liquid is generally a single dose of small sticks or bottles packaged, and injected into an atomizer according to use amount. Therefore, E-liquid as a consumable, has a greater market demand. The main components of E-liquid are edible or pharmaceutical grade glycerol, 1,2-propanediol (generally not 1,3-propanediol) and polyethylene glycol, as well as tobacco flavors. With the continuous growth of E-liquid market, its packaging equipment has attracted much attention.

In order to better package E-liquid, we produced this filling machine, which heats and blows plastic film or sheet (PVC/PE and other materials) to form small bottles, fills them with quantitative E-liquid, and then encapsulates them by heat sealing. Because the container to complete packaging is similar to an ampoule, it is also called a plastic ampoule thermoforming air-blown liquid filling and sealing packaging machine. The name sounds long but it is a complete description of its functions - you can basically understand the production process of the machine by seeing its name.

The machine is suitable for 0.3-200ml various shapes of E-liquid plastic bottle forming, filling and sealing. Integrating fully automatic heating and air blow molding, automatic filling of cigarette liquid, automatic sealing, automatic blanking shape and automatic bottle discharge, we can also add additional printing and letter or logo engraving functions into the machine. It is the most ideal device in packaging E-liquid field.

Ø Mechanical oil packaging application:

Plastic ampoule thermoforming filling and sealing machine is widely used in olive oil, argan oil, coconut oil, vegetable oil, rice bran oil, rapeseed oil, peanut oil, sunflower oil, tea oil, macadamia oil, avocado oil, palm oil, also other edible oil and salad oil plastic bottle forming, filling and sealing.

Ø Mechanochemical application:

It is widely used in packaging insecticides, liquid fertilizers, agricultural chemicals, OCPS, such as herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, precursor energies, plant growth stimulants, liquid nutrient distribution, nutritional formulation final preparations, seaweed organic extracts, liquid herbicides such as methamidophos, hydrocides, paraquat, dichlorvos, dimethics, vamycin, chlorpyrifos, glyphosate, rat poison, etc.

Ø Mechanical disinfectant application:

Disinfectant, antiseptic, thiomersal, alcohol disinfectant, aqueous alcohol solution and sodium hypochlorite chloride solution.

Ø Mechanical food packaging:

Honey, soy sauce, vinegar, butter, red curry paste, masaman curry paste, onion paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, black plum sauce, tamarind sauce, turmeric sauce, tomato paste, crab paste, chili sauce, truffle sauce, porcini paste, sesame paste, peanut butter, bean paste, spice sauce and other food sauces forming, filling and sealing.

Ø Mechanical E-liquid packaging:

This machine is specialized for plastic ampoule/bottle forming, filling and sealing for mono dose liquid oil, such as propyleneglycol nicotine concentrated oil/e-liquid oil/CBD oil /vape etc.

Ø Mechanical pharmaceutical packaging:

Oral liquid, syrup, suppositories, reagents, ophthalmic preparations, powders, ointments, leaching agents and other liquid dosage forms.
