Dedicated CIP ports allow the whole product‑contact zone to connect with the plant‑wide CIP system. Reserved mounting positions are prepared for Videojet laser coders for traceability marking on sachets.

The second line only comprises filling & packaging sections, without duplicated raw‑material preparation and sanitation units. It shares the existing supplement gel emulsifier raw‑material station and CIP system. Technical challenge: Original PLC software was designed for single‑line independent operation. Shared raw‑material supply and shared CIP system for dual‑line production represented a new requirement. We re‑engineered program logic to implement request queuing for raw‑material supply and mutual‑exclusion scheduling for cleaning cycles to avoid resource conflicts between two lines. The upgraded control system has achieved stable dual‑line collaborative manufacturing. The second line is currently in production.
Most recently, the customer has issued a formal purchase order for the third production line. This third line focuses on raw‑material gel manufacturing and expands base‑gel processing capacity with additional Homogenizing Emulsifier units for large‑scale dietary‑fiber gel base stock production.
