The separation cap—often called the "matcha powder cap" for its explosive popularity on social media—is an innovative solid-liquid separation packaging solution. Its core design principle is "store ingredients in the cap, water in the bottle, mix and drink instantly". Active ingredients such as fruit flavor concentrates, honey, or nutritional powders are hermetically sealed inside the cap compartment, completely isolated from the base liquid (typically purified water) in the bottle. When ready to drink, consumers simply twist or press the cap to release the contents, then shake for a freshly prepared beverage.

To ensure a smooth project launch, we also provided a complete set of supporting packaging material solutions:
• Plastic caps (size 6#): 1,000,000 pcs, food-grade material, precision injection-molded;
• Aluminum foil sealing film: 250kg, 110mm width, 0.02mm thickness, 76mm core ID, unprinted design for maximum sealing performance;
• Plastic packaging film: 1,100kg, 150mm width, BOPP/VMPET/PE 6C structure, unprinted, specifically for individual sachet packaging of plastic caps.
