Before operation, loosening of screws of every station should be checked. Loosening will influence normal operation of the machine. Electrical appliances should be waterproof, moisture-proof, anticorrosive and rat-proof for clean electrical control cabinet, wiring terminals and no electrical errors. After machine is stopped, the two heat sealer should be separated from each other to protect packing materials.

Cleaning

Generally speaking, after the machine is stopped, the measuring station should be cleaned timely. Also, the heat sealers should be cleaned regularly for clear sealing lines of finished products. Other materials should be cleaned timely, too. Only by doing so can the machine be clean and its service life be extended. Meanwhile, regular cleaning powder in electrical control cabinet can avoid short circuit, poor connection or other electrical errors.
