Dos and Don’ts for Wet Wipes Packing Machine Operation and Maintenance

It’s of great importance to pay special attention to some matters when we are operating a wet wipes packing machine. However, some of us don’t know what these matters are and how they will influence production.

1. Operation

1) Lean on how to operate correctly.

Professional operators have to learn the correct particular operation methods of the machine. Only when they know the correct operation procedures can they guarantee the whole machine operation and production process. Once they are not familiar with machine operation, production will be influenced.

2) Check machine abnormality.

When they are operating a wet wipes packing machine, operators can spend some time observing the machine and checking whether it has abnormalities and whether practical production efficiency is reached. They can also think about what they can do to facilitate machine operation. Knowing about the machine correctly and checking the machine regularly can help operators solve problems of the machine and production in time.

3) Inspect the machine daily.

Inspect the machine before the machine startup and clean it after production. It can be better to check the machine’s state regularly. Also, make sure that the problems of the machine are solved in time and that the machine can be used only when it has no abnormality. By daily inspection and maintenance, the machine service life can be greatly extended and less useless work will be needed.

2. Maintenance

1) A wet wipes packing machine should be placed in a dry and clean room and on solid and level ground.

2) Please make sure the voltage applied by the machine which is marked on the machine nameplate is consistent with the local voltage before turning on the machine.

3) Children are forbidden to contact the machine.

4) For long-term shutdown of the machine, please unplug the power cord from the power socket to avoid adverse effects caused by misoperation.

5) If necessary, please move the machine forwards and don’t turn it over to prevent the residual liquid in the machine from flowing out and even hurting the people around.

6) Do not flush or soak the machine directly.

7) Please thoroughly clean the inside of the machine with hot water before its reuse after a long-term shutdown.

8) If the machine problems cannot be solved, please contact the supplier immediately and ask for after-sales service. Do not remove its parts at will to avoid electric leakage or electric shock.

9) Do not move the machine, or remove or assemble the machine parts while the machine is running.

10) Do not cover the heat-sinking hole during machine production.

11) Please unplug the power cord from the power socket before cleaning or maintaining the machine.

12) Do not stretch your hands or put other solid objects into the machine and make sure the machine is placed on level ground when it’s running.

13) Please install the stirring hopper, residue tank, filter mesh, protection cover, rag tray, and cleaning tray in place and fasten the cover and the pressing rod after machine cleaning or maintenance.

14) Do not touch the wet wipe tray emergency switch on the machine side while the machine is producing wet wipes. After production, the tray will eject automatically. This emergency switch is only used in case of failure or maintenance. Push it and the tray can be manually opened.

15) In the event of sudden power failure while the machine is running, connect the power supply again and feed pure water through the water inlet port until the indicator light turns red. Then press the start button again and the machine will restart to heat for wet wipe production. If the power failure lasts for a long time, it is recommended to reject the wet wipe which is being processed at the moment of power failure.
