Advantage of facial wet wipes

Wet wipes on the market include two types. One type contains skin care ingredients and has been disinfected. The other type contains no skin care ingredients and can be used to disinfect. It is also called disinfectant wipe. Both of them can be used to wipe our face.

With wet wipes, we can wipe dust from our face quickly and hydrate our skin. Some wet wipes can remove makeup quickly and will not rub our face due to rough texture. In this case, wet wipes also fall into another two types: ordinary cleaning wipes and makeup removing wipes. Ordinary cleaning wipes can disinfect and sterilize. Therefore, we can sum up four applications of facial wet wipes.

2) Moisten our skin. Ordinary wet wipes contain liquid ingredients of distilled water or pure water, and other ingredients such as disinfectant and essence. Good wipes also contains aloe gel, vitamin E, glycerin, malic acid for skin care.

3) Makeup removal. The makeup removing wet wipes is different from ordinary wet wipes in that the former contains weak acid makeup remover instead of only distilled water or pure water. They are made from soft fiber. They can dissolve and remove those makeups but not rub our skin.

4) Wound disinfection. This application is realized by disinfectant wet wipes. They use non-woven, fabric, dust-free paper and other materials as carrier and purified water as soaking liquid. Proper amount of preservative is also added. Disinfectant wet wipes can clean and disinfect wounds on our face to avoid wound infection effectively.

But there are still some notes we should pay attention to.

1) Although wet wipes can moisten our face skin, most wet wipes contains alcohol which irritates our skin. Long-time contacting alcohol will damage the skin's acid-base balance and influence normal skin oil secretion so that skin becomes dry, the pores will become thicker and thicker, and the face will easily get acne. If possible, use wet wipes containing no alcohol.

2) Avoid mouth and eye when using wet wipes.

3) Some wet wipes are stacked and packaged in sachets. In this case, close the opening in time to prevent the moisture of wet wipes from evaporation.
