1. Case Background

With the continuously escalating demand for solid dosage form production equipment in the overseas pharmaceutical and food processing industries, Hunan Grand Packing Machinery Co., Ltd. has successfully established cooperation with a Costa Rican client by virtue of its professional R&D and manufacturing capabilities for tablet presses and customized service system. We provided the client with ZP-9B tablet press equipment adapted to local production needs, further expanding our business footprint in the Central American overseas market.

2. Core Project Requirements

In this cooperation, the Costa Rican client put forward clear customized requirements and delivery specifications for its own production scenarios:
  1. Core Equipment Specifications: Purchase 1 set of ZP-9B tablet press, suitable for round tablet production, with 3 sets of molds in 5mm, 8mm and 12mm specifications to meet the production switching needs of different product specifications.

  2. Electrical & Configuration Adaptation: The equipment power supply must comply with the local grid standard in Costa Rica, adopting 220V/60Hz/1P specification; equipped with Siemens HMI, which is programmed and commissioned by Dage Precision, with the original factory supporting instruction manual provided simultaneously. The production nameplate is prepared by Dage Precision, and no CE marking is required.

  3. Delivery Cycle Requirement: The order was placed on March 25, 2026, requiring production and commissioning to be completed within 20 days, and delivery to be finished before April 16, 2026.

  4. Full-Process Traceability Control: It is required to complete image data archiving for the whole process of equipment commissioning and delivery, including complete equipment operation video, photos of core component details, and full-process images of packaging and logistics, to ensure a transparent and traceable delivery process.

3. Customized Solution

In response to the personalized needs of the Costa Rican client, Dage Precision set up a special project team and developed a complete solution from three dimensions: equipment adaptation, production control, and delivery guarantee:
  1. Local Adaptation Optimization: Based on the grid standard and production environment in Costa Rica, we completed the customized adaptation of the equipment power supply system to ensure the stable operation of the equipment under local working conditions; for the client's multi-specification tablet production needs, we completed the supporting design and commissioning of 3 sets of molds with different specifications to achieve rapid production switching.

  2. Core Configuration Upgrade: The equipment is equipped with Siemens HMI, and the original factory technical team completed the full-process programming and function debugging to adapt to the client's production operation habits; the compilation and matching of the original factory instruction manual were completed simultaneously to ensure the convenience of the client's subsequent operation and maintenance.

  3. Full-Process Control System Establishment: We formulated the image archiving standard for the whole process from production, commissioning to delivery, and clarified the shooting requirements for each link such as equipment commissioning, component details, packaging and logistics, to ensure that every delivery node is traceable and verifiable, meeting the compliance control requirements of overseas clients.

4. Project Execution & Delivery

After the project launch, Dage Precision strictly followed the delivery cycle to advance the whole process work, and achieved efficient and compliant delivery:
  1. Production & Commissioning Phase: Within the 20-day delivery cycle, we completed the customized production, assembly and full-process commissioning of the equipment, and simultaneously completed the adaptation test of 3 sets of molds, ensuring that all performance parameters of the equipment met the client's requirements, and the HMI functions and power supply system adaptability all passed the acceptance.

  2. Full-Process Image Archiving: In strict accordance with the client's requirements, we completed the video and photo shooting of the whole equipment commissioning process, including complete equipment operation video, HMI interface, details of each station and electric box, overall equipment and finished product sample photos, as well as mold switching operation video, auxiliary equipment supporting photos and all other materials, ensuring the archived content is complete and clear.

  3. Packaging & Logistics Control: We completed professional packaging and fumigation treatment of the equipment, and simultaneously shot full-process images including equipment nameplate, stretch film packaging, wooden box, fumigation number, shipping mark, truck loading, container loading and seal, to ensure the compliance and traceability of the logistics link, and guarantee the safe delivery of the equipment to the Costa Rican client's site.
