Vietnam -DPP-260 Tablet Blister Packing Machine

Southeast Asian market is always our focus. Many factories in Southeast Asia, especially Vietnam and Thailand, buy machines and packing film from us. In the past few years, we have exported liquid filling and sealing machine, wet wipe packing machine, sachet packing machine, strip packing machine, PVC/PE composite film and so on to Southeast Asian countries. In this week, we will also ship a DPP-260 blister packing machine to Vietnam to one of our new customers.

We have an old customer from Vietnam who purchased soft gel encapsulation machine, DPP-250 blister packing machine and hard capsule filling machine before. We have a good relationship with each other. And it’s he that introduced our machines to his friends and we can get acquainted and do a deal with this new Vietnamese customer.

Blister packing machine can process different materials by changing some key parts of it. This machine to Vietnam is designed to pack tablets. And we have another blister packing machine to Greece. Its target material is olive oil. The working process is always the same for our blister packing machine: packing film rolling and releasing, blister forming, material filling, heat sealing, batch number embossing, punching and discharging. We can set parameters on the touch screen, the machine can produce the final products as required. But this new machine has some uniqueness. Its steel letters for batch number embossing is specially customized for the customer’s requirements on clear and individual production lot patterns.

Now this machine has been packed and will be exported to Vietnam by border trade for the sake of convenience.
