1. Service Conditions of Tablet Press
1.1 Working environment:
The working environment conforms to relevant requirements of GMP specification.
1.2 Material pressing requirement
1.2.1 Granule requirement
Granule size range: 12-60 meshes, good compressibility and mobility;
Synthetic medicine starch tablet: the granules should be uniform and not moist; the proportion of fine powder (above 60 meshes) in the granules should not exceed one third;
Traditional Chinese medicine granules: pure extract, semi-extract and raw powder granules should not be moist and should have certain mobility.
1.2.2 Dry powder
It is applicable to direct powder tabletting, and the pressed powder should have certain compressibility and mobility.
1.3 Tabletting form:
The machine can be used for pressing common round tablets, large tablets, abnormal tablets, special abnormal tablets, single/double-face carved tablets, cartoon tablets, etc.
1.4 Power supply requirement
380V, 50Hz, three-phase five-wire system, no mutual interference between N line and PE line.
Performance
The machine is a double-pressing automatically revolving piece-pressing machine which could make grain be pressed to be round piece, be carved characters, special shapes and double color piece prescription. It is mainly used in manufacturing piece prescription for pharmaceutical industry enterprises like chemical industry, foods, electronics.
Main Features
1. Peripheral casing is closed form which is made of all stainless steel , internal mesa adopt stainless steel material, it can keep the surface glossy and prevent cross contamination and meet GMP requirement.
2. With oil seal ring on punches, prevent oil from pollution tablet and powder leakage.
3. With dust seal ring on punches, avoid powder leakage from turret table.
4. It is equipped with variable frequency speed control device for electrical control, convenient operation, steady running, it is safe and accurate.
5. It is equipped with overload protection device, when pressure overload, it can stop automatically.
6. Being the leader in trying to use semi-automatic lubrication device and the top of rotary table is equipped organic glass dust prevention device.
7 It is equipped with powder absorbing device , can absorb indoor dust .
8. Wearing parts like orbit, feeder, hopper, drive worm, powder taking equipment and it has general structure with ZP35 type product, it is helpful for standardization, generalization and seriation.
