A Mexican customer ordered one GDF-100YC
tube filling and sealing machine for filling and sealing sauce-type materials. The equipment was fully customized to non-standard specifications according to the customer's requirements: one machine simultaneously accommodates 50mm and 60mm diameter tubes, with large-capacity fills of 300g and 460g respectively. After the order was placed, the customer's requirements underwent multiple rounds of adjustments, and production and delivery were ultimately completed on a cycle of approximately 50 days.
The fill volumes of conventional tube filling equipment are mostly based on standard specifications. This customer required 50mm tubes to be filled with 300g and 60mm
tubes to be filled with 460g, which are clearly large-capacity non-standard fills beyond conventional levels. At the same time, one machine needed to be compatible with two tube diameters, imposing customization requirements on both the filling mechanism and mold configuration.
After the order was confirmed, the customer proposed multiple rounds of adjustments to fill volumes, tube specifications, and supporting equipment. Frequent changes placed higher demands on production scheduling and solution follow-up, requiring the manufacturer to have rapid response and coordination capabilities to complete adjustments without affecting the delivery time.
The equipment needed to be configured according to Mexico's local 3-phase 220V 60Hz power standard and meet the requirements for complete-set export, involving overall adaptation of power supply, appearance nameplates, and accompanying documentation.
According to the large-capacity fill requirements, hose diameter and length were both customized to non-standard specifications according to the customer's requirements. The dimensions of unfilled tubes and finished products after sealing are as follows:

One set of equipment is compatible with both 50mm and 60mm tubes. In addition to the standard molds provided with the machine, an additional set of 60mm
diameter molds was provided for the customer, making it convenient for the customer to switch quickly according to different product lines.
According to the customer's requirements, no steel-character coding is provided on the tube tail.
To meet production and feeding needs, the equipment is equipped with one chiller and one set of automatic feeding system (including a liquid level controller and a plunger-type drum pump, pump length 650mm), reducing manual intervention and improving filling stability and continuity.
One set of wear parts is provided free of charge with the machine, and the customer additionally purchased one set of spare parts; a full set of installation and commissioning instructional videos is provided.
Production and delivery were completed within 50 days from order placement. The entire machine was configured according to Mexican power standards (3-phase 220V
60Hz) and shipped as a complete set.
This Mexican order, from non-standard large-capacity fills and dual-diameter compatibility to multiple rounds of requirement adjustments after order placement, imposed high demands on the equipment's customization capability and delivery response. Hunan Grand completed the entire process from requirement docking and solution adjustment to production and delivery through non-standard tube and mold customization, complete supporting equipment, and on-schedule delivery. Note: Because the customer's fill volume requirements were non-standard and the buyer could not provide sample tubes for trial operation, a considerable amount of time was spent finding large-capacity tubes that met the customer's requirements. It is recommended that similar customers provide and inform all relevant parameters in order to save delivery time and sample tube procurement costs.
