USA-Semi Automatic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine

Days ago, we delivered a semi automatic tube filling and sealing machine to USA. Tube filling and sealing machine is widely used in pharmaceutical industry, cosmetic industry, daily chemical industry and so on. Common products include ointment, sunscreen cream, toothpaste, hand cream, shoe polish, mustard and jam etc. These products can also be divided into three types: products packed in plastic tubes, products packed in metal tubes and products packed in plastic/alu tubes. And our American customer wants the semi automatic tube filling and sealing machine to pack cosmetics in plastic tubes.

What is the difference between full automatic tube filling machine and semi automatic tube filler?

This semi automatic tube filling and sealing machine is different from the full automatic machine in that the former finish filling, sealing, batch number embossing, punching and discharging automatically but tubes should be fed manually. After the tubes are inserted into the tube holder manually, the sensor can detect the eye marks on the tubes and the signal is transmitted to the following stations. Then the filling station, sealing station, embossing station, punching station and discharging station will start to work synchronously and finish product filling and packing.

The machine is also innovated in details. First of all, all parts contacting material are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel to avoid contamination. Secondly, the stations are connected by quick-fit parts so that they can be removed and cleaning conveniently. Thirdly, a set of tail blowing device is equipped. After punching the device can work to blow away the tail waste so that the punching station will not be influenced. Last but not least, a temperature-preserving heating and stirring device is optional for some solid products which should be melted before filling.
