Customer Case Study: Successful Delivery of Tube Filling & Sealing Machine to Russia

We recently completed the production, testing, and inspection of a customized GDF-100YC tube filling and sealing machine for a Russian client, with safe dispatch carried out in early December. The machine is designed for filling composite tubes within a range of 0.5–10 ml, with an output of 60 tubes per minute. It is suitable for precise filling and sealing of water-based and similar solvent products.

In late November, the customer visited our facility for a two-day Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and operational training. On the production floor, they observed equipment operation, process demonstrations, and key station configurations in detail. The client expressed strong approval of the overall manufacturing quality, material selection (AISI 316L for product contact parts), filling accuracy (error ≤ ±1%), and multiple automated functions—such as photoelectric tracking, nitrogen protection, touchscreen control, and ultrasonic level monitoring. During the training, our engineers provided systematic instruction on operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure the client’s team could fully master the equipment.

Outside of formal sessions, we also invited the client to experience local culture and cuisine, further strengthening mutual understanding and trust in a relaxed atmosphere.

This project was executed in strict accordance with the client’s technical specifications, including:

Compliance with European safety standards such as EN 60204-1 and ATEX 100;
Russian language interface, Cyrillic type sets, and two-line date printing;
Integrated chiller, ceramic pump filling system, dual vibratory bowl feeders, and complete safety alarm systems;
Smart functions such as PLC control, automatic parameter recovery, and production counters.

The equipment successfully passed the client’s on-site acceptance and was praised for its “excellent quality.” We look forward to seeing it operate reliably in the customer’s production line, helping to enhance their output and product consistency.
