1. Piston pump for tube filling sealing machine

Piston pump is proper to fill material in the volume of about 1L or less, whether the material is viscous or not. Its filling accuracy is pretty high, thus it is widely used in pharmaceutical industry, cosmetic industry, food industry and chemical industry.

1) Advantages: high filling accuracy and application to highly viscous material;

2) Disadvantages: limited filling volume range and easy wearing.

2. Peristaltic pump for tube filling sealing machine

Peristaltic pump can be the choice especially when sterile filling is needed since its liquid contacted parts can be cleaned easily and conveniently to avoid cross contamination. 3. Pressure pump for tube filling sealing machine

Pressure pump is the most suitable one for multi-head liquid filling and sealing machine which fills lowly viscous liquid, whose flow rate is not directly controlled. The pump can fill material in medium or large volume.

1) Advantages: high filling speed, application to variable products and multiple-head machine;

2) Disadvantages: low processing capacity for highly viscous products and limited accuracy.

4. Rotary gear pump for tube filling sealing machine

Rotary gear pump is the ideal pump for distributing diagnostic reagent, cosmetics, food or chemical products. Its liquid contacted parts can be dismantled and cleaned quickly. Besides, the pump can provide high filling accuracy.

1) Advantages: wide application, easy filling volume change, limitless filling volume and better precision than pressure pump;

2) Disadvantages: hard cleaning for sticking material.
