Filling Volume Adjustment: 

The filling volume of the capsules is adjusted by varying the rotational speeds of the spiral auger and the turntable. 

The speeds of both the turntable and the spiral auger are controlled via a frequency converter. 

When the turntable rotates rapidly while the spiral auger rotates slowly, the amount of medicinal powder filled into the capsules is reduced. 

Conversely, when the turntable rotates slowly while the spiral auger rotates rapidly, the amount of medicinal powder filled into the capsules is increased.

How to fill empty capsules fully

Following the method described above, after the initial filling, use a press tray to compress the filled capsules, and then perform a second filling.
