Its design—featuring 3 rows of 36 die holes and 12 stations—achieves a high production capacity of 300,000 capsules per hour, meeting the client’s hard requirement for “large-scale output.” More importantly, through optimizations such as the second-generation fully enclosed turntable design (equipped with imported silicone seals), the patented three-dimensional adjustment technology based on the dosing disc’s lower plane (Patent No.: 20042006795X), and the new internal cam transmission mechanism among 19 performance features, we fundamentally ensure excellent filling accuracy within ±2.5% to ±3.5%, a capsule loading rate exceeding 99%, and low-noise operation below 85 dB(A).


    A noteworthy feature is the integrated fully automatic timed lubrication system. This system accurately and quantitatively lubricates key transmission parts at preset intervals, completely eliminating the risk of accelerated wear due to delayed, uneven, or forgotten manual lubrication. This not only significantly reduces the frequency and effort of daily maintenance but, more importantly, by ensuring moving components are always optimally lubricated, it greatly enhances the long-term operational stability of the machine and extends the service life of core parts, safeguarding production continuity at its source.

  2. Transparent Production Process and Multi-Dimensional Verification: We firmly believe that quality is both built and “visible” and “verifiable.” In the production task sheet, we detailed the complete list of components—from core electrical and drive parts from internationally renowned brands like Siemens, Omron, and SEW—down to every included tool and spare part. This is not only transparency in configuration but also provides a clear blueprint for future maintenance.
    Our stringent “manufacturing verification” process goes further: before leaving the factory, the equipment underwent complete trial operation testing, and we systematically recorded high-definition running videos and photographed details of each station, electrical layout, and final packaging. This visual archive serves as our “visual quality report” to the client.

  3. Professional Support and Rapid Response: A true partnership is reflected in ongoing empowerment and problem-solving capabilities after delivery. In addition to providing full written technical documentation, we have prepared a complete set of high-definition video tutorials for the client, covering equipment operation procedures, daily maintenance, common troubleshooting, and critical operations like mold changing. These intuitive video guides effectively help the client’s operation and maintenance teams get up to speed quickly, ensuring the equipment performs at its best.
    At the same time, we remain highly responsive to client feedback. During the inspection process, regarding details such as the condition of the dust collector filter or the localization of lubrication pump labels, we promptly initiated corrective actions—replacing parts and updating labels to ensure all details align with the client’s usage habits and standards. Though minor, this process vividly demonstrates our internal quality control principle of “not accepting defects, not passing on problems” and our customer-centric responsiveness.

  4. Preparing for “the Next Few Years”: We understand that planned maintenance downtime is acceptable, but unexpected breakdowns are costly. Therefore, beyond the standard toolkit and detailed spare parts list, we configured ample molds and key spare parts according to the client’s production plan. This detailed “client’s additional spare parts purchase list” aims to help the client establish an initial safety stock, significantly extend the first independent maintenance cycle, and smoothly navigate the equipment run-in and adaptation phase—directly addressing the client’s deep concern for “production continuity.”

  5.
