1. Application
Vacuum homogenize machine is widely used in industries requiring high-efficiency mixing, emulsifying, and homogenizing under vacuum conditions, including:
1) Cosmetics & Skincare: Production of creams, lotions, serums, and emulsions.

2. Working principle
The vacuum emulsifying machine operates by combining high-shear homogenization with vacuum deaeration for superior product quality. A high-speed rotor-stator homogenizer or shear mixer breaks down particles into fine, uniform materials under the intense, smooth and consistent mechanical shear. What’s more, the vacuum pump removes air bubbles and prevents oxidation, improving product stability, and ensuring a bubble-free final product, which can be discharged under vacuum or atmospheric pressure. Some models include a jacketed tank for temperature control (heating or cooling).
