I am the manager of a liquid filling production company in Zimbabwe. In 2019, we purchased a GGS-118P5 liquid filling machine.   2. For the old mechanical pendulum’s material-pulling synchronization device, they adjusted the rear travel pendulum position.

  3. Fine-tuned the front pendulum to resolve spacing issues.

Issue 2: Misaligned Gripper Position
Shortly after, we discovered the gripper was clamping the bottles in the middle during the pulling process.
