2. Capsule Polishing Machine (JFP-110A)

• A compact tabletop model ideal for cleaning and polishing small batches of capsules. Its integrated industrial vacuum cleaner effectively helps maintain a clean environment in small workshops.

3. V-Mixer (50L)

• The 50-liter capacity perfectly suits small-batch material mixing and trial production. All contact parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical hygiene standards.

4. Induction Sealing Machine (Model 1800)

• Customized for the client's specific packaging line, this sealer is perfectly adapted to the dimensions of their medicine bottles, ensuring reliable sealing.

5. Counting Filling Machine (YL-2A)

• This economical and practical counting machine is specifically used for counting and filling Size 00 and Size 1 capsules, significantly improving the efficiency and accuracy of the client's small-packaging terminal filling process.

6. Tablet Press Machine (ZP-9A)

• As the relatively core equipment in the line, a model suitable for small-scale production was selected. It features a Siemens touchscreen for ease of operation and can steadily produce the client's required 8mm diameter tablets.

All electrical equipment strictly adhered to customer requirements, utilizing single/three-phase power and European standard plugs suitable for Turkish standards, and included CE marking, ensuring smooth customs clearance and compliant use.
