This project was designed to connect seamlessly with the customer’s three existing conveyors (No.1, No.2, No.3) and provide a fully automated workflow: robotic bag picking, pallet placement, and stretch wrapping. The customer had high requirements for flexibility, stability and compatibility: eight independent production scenarios, five non-interfering working paths, zero jamming, precise mechanical docking with legacy equipment, and a full set of intelligent alarms for safe, continuous operation.

Supported by our long experience in end-to-end packaging line delivery, we provided a one-stop service from solution design and equipment integration to on-site commissioning. Our core integration strengths are:

Multi-scenario intelligence with zero jamming
We developed a dedicated control logic to support five independent working routes and steerable B/C rotary conveyors. The system automatically switches between dual-line synchronous production, single-line operation, cross-line transfer and mixed-material production — all without interference or blockages.
Perfect fit with existing equipment
Our docking conveyors are height-adjustable (800mm ±50mm) to match the customer’s current lines (800mm ±100mm). No on-site modifications were needed, cutting cost and lead time for the customer.
High-performance robotics & smart safety
The line uses a KUKA KR 120 R3200 PA robot, achieving 8–10 bags per minute with ±0.06mm repeatability. Picking positions and motion paths are strictly controlled for accuracy. We also integrated alarms for low pallet count (fewer than 2 pallets), pallet jams, and stretch film shortage to support safe, unattended running.
Broad compatibility for all bag types
It handles 10–50kg bags in multiple dimensions, supports 1200×1000mm and 1200×800mm pallets, and allows quick changes to stacking patterns and layer counts — fully covering the customer’s production range.

During on-site acceptance, every technical parameter fully met the customer’s specifications. The line ran smoothly without faults, and the customer signed off immediately. Thanks to our mature production, QC and logistics setup, we packed and shipped the equipment the following day, earning strong praise for our speed and reliability.
