Now we are ready to deliver a production line for counting and bottle filling for one of our Mexican clients, which will be delivered in the following few days.
The production line is specially produced for packing gummy of the client’s customized size.
In the first step, the bottles for packing gummy are placed on the feeding turntable manually.
Secondly, the gummy are count and filled into the bottles through counting machine, which adopts photoelectric induction technology to count, ensuring the high counting accuracy. Also it is equipped with PLC and touch screen to monitor and set all operating data in real time.
After gummy filling, the sealed bottles enter capping machine. The principle is that the cap pressing mechanism press the caps onto the bottle firstly, then screw the caps tightly with bottles under the action of 3 pairs of high-speed rotating wear-resistant rubber wheels.
Fourthly, the bottles enter sealing station. Under the action of high-frequency electromagnetic field, the aluminum foil quickly heats up, so the adhesive film on the lower layer melts and bonds with the bottles opening for fast non-contact hermetic sealing.
Finally, the capped bottles enter the labeling area. The labeling machine is also equipped with touch screen, which is easy and convenient to operate and adjust. The equipped gap photoelectric sensor or optical fiber sensor can be debugged according to position detection to make sure the labels are pasted smoothly and property.
In a word, the production line is composed of bottles feeding turntable, counting machine, capping machine, sealing machine and labeling machine, covering the whole process from bottle feeding, gummy filling to final bottles labeling. The parameters can be changed to meet client’s various requirements.
