The automatic suppository filling production line adopts a stable and efficient manufacturing process, including suppository shell making, medicine filling, cooling for shaping (liquid to solid), sealing, coding and other processes to complete the whole production, and the capacity is 1,200-1,800 pcs/hour.
The full-automatic suppository production line is suitable for production of suppositories with special shapes such as bullet, torpedo, etc, to meet various suppository production requirements. The mold can be designed according to specific required specifications.
1) The machine adopts PLC programmable control and man-machine touch screen, which is easy to operate and adjust. The temperature sensor and microcomputer control system can achieve high-precision constant temperature control for the mold for stable operation.
2) The tank for liquid storage is made of SUS316L, which is equipped with a mixing device to ensure the homogeneity of the liquid in the barrel at any time. The tank is connected with the filling mechanism through pipes, and the liquid is infused in circulation of insulation to ensure its fluidity to meet different filling requirements.
3) The filling mechanism features accurate position without dropping and wall-cling. The single dose is 0.5-5ml and the filling error is ±2%.
4) Continuous shell making and sealing, and the batch number is automatically embossed during sealing. It is well sealed with neat appearance.
5) The machine has sufficient devices to guarantee the safety of operators during operation.

Patent technology
The cooling system is turned to the neck of the suppository shell without damaging or residue sticking. The regulating wheel can be adjusted manually and synchronously. Every wheel is active and can be independently adjusted.
