1) Power on the machine and preheat its operating stations to certain temperature.
2) Fix alu foil and steel letters. It’s better that two operators operate and monitor this process in order to handle any possible problems or abnormalities.
3) Feed products into hopper and operate the machine in strict accordance to instructions and technical requirements.
4) During packaging, sample end products randomly and check their quality of alu foil smoothness, batch number clarity, tablet integrity, package seal and so on. Besides, a detecting mechanism can be set on the machine to reject those unqualified products.
5) After production, fill out the strip packing record form.
6) Last but not least, clean the production site according to relative regulations.

7) Check whether there is foreign matter on the heat sealing rollers regularly during operation. If there is, clean it away in time to avoid damage to the machine.
8) Adjustment to heat sealing rollers, punching station and other mechanisms can only be done by maintainers. Operators are forbidden to take this job without permission.
