Double alu alu strip package is becoming more and more popular nowadays. This can be reflected from the exporting quantity of us in the last 2 months. Before the alu strip packing is more common in South East Asian countries such as Indonesia, Thailand, Philippine etc. However, till now, we have shipped an NSL-160B to Brazil last month, and is going to ship another NSL-160B to Lebanon next week and a NSL-260B to Britain after May Day and some other models with shipping date undetermined.

Strip packing machine can pack products between two layers of alu foils so the machine is also called soft double-layer alu foil packaging machine directly. Common products to be packed by this machine are tablets, capsules, candies, effervescent tablets, altapharma , throat lozenga, mosquito-repellent incense mat and so on. Some types of these products can be affected easily by sunshine, oxygen and moisture. In this case, traditional plastic blisters for tablets or capsules are no applicable but good-sealed strip package is quite suitable to store them and to prevent them from losing effect.

For this special advantage, our Lebanese customer purchased NSL-160B strip blister packing machine to pack their tablets in order to keep them away from the external influential factors. Except the main machine, the customer also required another set of mold for the tablets with different size. In addition, the machine is highly automatic and thus the product efficiency will be improved greatly.
