The entire process—from initial negotiation to receiving the advance payment—took only three weeks, with a production cycle of 30 days. • One 40L gelatin melting tank made of 304 stainless steel;

• One colloid mill capable of achieving a processing fineness of 2–80μm;

Additional auxiliary equipment such as a chiller, air compressor, conveyor, and 10 capsule drying trays are also included.

The machine operates on a 220V single-phase 50Hz power supply, complying with local electrical standards in Morocco. Its compact design requires minimal floor space, making it well-suited for small to medium-scale production lines.

Moreover, the machine comes with a wide range of spare parts and tools—including heating rods, O-rings, quick connectors, various wrenches, and measuring instruments—to facilitate future maintenance.

In summary, although this is a compact machine, it includes almost all essential components needed for softgel preparation. It is an ideal choice either for small businesses entering the industry or as a laboratory-scale unit for larger pharmaceutical companies.
