3) Overhaul
a. Including contents of medium repair;
b. Repair packing guiding slide and keep it flat;
c. Check control cabinet corrosion and the lines;
d. Check and maintain coil and potential controller of the vibrator.
5. Maintenance method and quality standard
1) Hopper, clips and packing guiding slide
a. The hopper should be flat, smooth and dry internally;
b. The purified air pipe is not broken and doesn’t leak. The telescopic boom of clips keeps smooth and is lubricated to avoid corrosion;
c. The packing guiding slide keeps smooth and is connected firmly to avoid leak. And regular check can prevent it from severe alkali corrosion;
d. Clip bolts should fasten well.
2) Controllable scale
a. The electrical appliances should be dry and clean;
b. The control cabinet is closed and sealed;
c. Control lines should be protected to avoid corrosion and tripping; the connector should also be dry.
3) Vibrator
a. The current of the vibrator cannot be too high;
b. The vibrator case should be connected safely and firmly;
c. The spring, shaft and other parts of the vibrator should be checked for any cracks with penetrant inspection.
6. Commissioning and verification
1) Before commissioning
a. All equipment and devices are clean;
b. All baffles and covers are dry and fastened;
c. All equipment are in a safe operation position;
d. All protection devices are turned on.
2) During commissioning
a. All preparations are finished;
b. Switch on controller and have a delay to the next step;
c. Set internal validity check;
d. Delay again and set necessary parameters during the delay;
e. Adjust the clips and the vibrator properly;
f. Operate according to operation procedures.
3) Verification
a. Check documents and electrical drawings should be complete for the next verification;
b. After verification, start operation after all regulated procedures.

1) For maintenance
a. Carry out maintenance in strict accordance with operation methods and safety regulations;
b. Check working situation of the vibrator and the hopper regularly;
c. Check accuracy of scale regularly and reset the weight when necessary;

2) For overhaul
a. Handle the formalities before overhaul as regulated;

3) For commissioning
