Several days ago, our technician arrived in Jakarta, Indonesia for the installation and debugging for our newly exported blister packing machine.

As usual, our technician installed the machine for customer, and trained customer for the machine operation, maintenance, problem solve etc. Most of the customer feel quite good and confident when just observing the technician to operate the machine, but when it is their turn to do this after the technician is back , they feel so hard here and there. So the training is of key importance for customer, we will always require each customer to learn carefully and make note on paper. This is good for both customer and us.
