Exhibition--------Zhangshu Medicinal Fair Oct. 16-18th 2019

Zhangshu Medicinal Fair goes through 50 years and now has been the NO.1 among all medicinal fairs in China. It is held in Zhangshu City, Jiangxi Province. However, Zhangshu also has another meaning in Chinese, i.e., camphor tree or eucalyptus in English. It is known that some parts of eucalyptus have great medicinal values. Zhangshu Medicinal Fair, just like its name, has been trying to provide participant more support to fulfill their needs on medicine or pharmaceutical machines.

And now, we are very honored that our blister packing machine and semi-automatic capsule filling machine, capsule counting machine can be shown to other participants.

Semi automatic capsule counting machine,it will count the set quantity of capsules into the bottle, it is widely used for different capsule sizes including 000#,  00L#,00#,0L#,0#,1#,2#, 3#,4# and 5#.

The counting speed is around 20000---40000pcs/hour.

As for semi-automatic capsule filling machine(at the right), it is a machine of small size, easy operation and good performance. The hole quantity of the filling plate can be variable for clients’ different requirements on production speed or yield.

They are both very ideal machines  for small scale customer or for lab usage.

We also exhibited the small blister packing machine model DPP-120.

This machine is widely applied for liquid and past blister packing such as for jam. Sauce, ketchup, oil etc. And also for medicine such as hard capsule, soft capsule, tablet, candy blister packing.Meanwhile it is suitable for the packing of other irregular shape of product such as hardware or daily use product.
