Morocco -Butter Blister Packing Machine

Butter seems to be very common on the dining table of westerner. In our impression, butter always is packed as follows: a butter block packed in alu foil or aluminized foil.

However, if I need some butter for my breakfast, how can I make sure that I will not cut too much down? For example if I need only 10 gram butter, should I measure its length, thickness and width and then multiply them? It seems ridiculous.

However, mono dose blister package can help us to solve this problem.

Few days later, one blister packing machine will be shipped to Morocco, where our clients will use this machine to pack butter in blisters.

Compared with traditional butter package, namely, packing in oil-proof paper or alu foil, blister package have the following advantages.

1. Certain filling volume

The volume of a blister is certain. Therefore, the butter blocks filled in each blister can have uniform volume. For instance, our clients want to pack butter blocks of two sizes, 10ml and 15ml. This goal is simple to be achieved, even without changing mold. The machine is equipped with a touch screen. All parameters can be adjusted on it. Therefore, our clients can adjust the filling volume, then the signal will be transmitted to the pump, which will then control certain volume of melted butter to be filled.

2. Tightness of blister

Butter contains more than 80% fat and less than 16% water. This proportion makes it to be oxidized simply. In the past, butter is packed by oil-proof paper or alu foil, which are folded and sealed by adhesion. Such a packing method cannot make sure that air is absolutely isolated. However, after being filled with butter liquid, the blister will be heat sealed with alu foil for perfect tightness. Both oxygen and moisture can be isolated.

3. Storing

If a large block of butter is opened but not used up, how can we store it. Of course, with a refrigerator, this problems is easy to be solved. However, it is convenient to access butter in blister. There will be no waste and butters in blister can still be stored in refrigerator without influence of light, moisture and oxygen.

4. Others

When it comes to food, safety is a noteworthy point. Compared with oil-proof paper, blister package can possibly help customers to avoid this problem. For another thing, a blister is always formed by PE or PP, which is enough hard. Blisters’ hardness and small size enables them to be transported and conveniently.

All in all, blister package for butter can bring customers more convenience. This machine, as an important part of butter production, will also perform perfectly.
