1. Introduction
This face mask machine, or fully automatic disposable face mask machine or fully automatic planar mask machine, is developed for high-end clients. Its output is pretty high and some module design and manufacturing are both further improved. As an integration of three machines, it can produce planar masks in line. Intelligent and advanced control system is applied for overall control so that only one operator is needed. The final products are of clear and firm embossing, as well as good welding.
2. Feature
1) Ultrasonic technologies are applied and only one person is needed for operation.
2) The machine can feed materials, insert nose lie, seal and punch automatically.
3) Machine frame is made of alu alloy for no corrosion, durability, easy cleaning and beautiful appearance.
4) The machine is controlled by PLC and driven by servo for high automation, high stability and low error rate.
5) Photo electrical fiber is applied to detect materials to avoid mistakes and reduce waste.
3. Mechanical features
1) Automatic material tension control for tension balance;
2) Computer control for high output, good stability and low error rate;
3) Material detection for no mistake and waste;
4) Production of masks of one to four layers;
5) Total counting or counting in batch; the number of the latter can be arbitrarily set;
6) Different mold for production of masks of different sizes and types;
7) Alu alloy structure of machine for beauty, firmness and no corrosion.

During this Warranty period, the seller will provide free spare parts that cause by the machine’s quality within 10 days by fast courier upon receipt of buyer’s notice.(we will also provide one set of spare parts /wear &tear parts to customer along with the shipment of the machine.

Service 6: Before placing the order or before shipping, welcome to our factory to take a visit to inspect our machine. we will pick you up in the airport or train station and arrange your following schedule in our city to bring you a nice journey during this visit.
