Face Mask Packaging Machine

This machine can be used for automatic forming of folded N95 mask. After release, a roll of non-woven material is folded through rollers. The machine can fold non-woven material, release nose clip roll, cut clip in certain length, insert clip into non-woven edge, ultrasonic weld and seal double edge of mask and then punch mask with cutter.

This is a flow packing machine, also called pillow packing machine, which is suitable for packing various kinds of products in bar, block and strip shape in food, medical, daily use product, pharmaceutical, such as cakes, bread,chocolate, instant noodle, napkin, soap, blisters for medicine, and now it is especially the hot equipment for packing mask such as KN95 mask, N95 mask, medical face mask, surgical face mask,disposable face mask.

It is applicable for automatic production and processing of disposable medical general masks and medical surgery masks.
2. Technical features
1) Three rolls of fabric for the surface layer, filter layer and bottom layer are automatically aligned and fed, and the bilateral symmetrical ultrasonic continuous edge pressing is conducted. After the continuous roller edge pressing is cut, it is divided into two stations for ear belt welding to improve the production efficiency. After the ear belt is welded, the digital pile is automatically counted.

R320 four-side sealing stretch packing machine can pack products with PVC film. For the best packing effect, forming mold and heat sealing mold are both reasonably designed according to products’ overall dimensions.
It can also realize the vacuum packing for food, so it will make the food stay fresh for a longer time.

Automatic product feeding, carton sucking and opening, product pushing into the carton, glue spray sealing, batch No printing etc.
