GRAND PACKING
1. Application:
This is a flow packing machine, also called pillow packing machine, which is suitable for packing various kinds of products in bar, block and strip shape in food, medical, daily use product, pharmaceutical, such as cakes, bread,chocolate, instant noodle, napkin, soap, blisters for medicine, and now it is especially the hot equipment for packing mask such as KN95 mask, N95 mask, medical face mask, surgical face mask,disposable face mask.
2. Main features
1) The machine will not pack empty packages to save packing material;
2) Three servos control accurately; the sachet can be cut in certain length as it is set without invalid process so that both time and packing film are saved;
3) High-end electrical appliance, HMI of touch screen; parameters can be set simply and conveniently;
4) Self-diagnose function of the machine can indicate errors clearly;
5) Highly sensitive photoelectric eye mark tracking enables the machine to cut and seal more accurately;
6) Independent PID control of temperature suits all kinds of packing film well;
7) Positioning stop; no stick to cutter; no film waste;
8) Simple driving system, reliable performance and convenient maintenance;
9) All control is carried out by software for convenient function adjustment and technique upgrading.

5. Sample
Service 3: We will dispatch engineers to your site for machine installation and commissioning, and also do the training for your technicians.
Service 4: We makes guarantee of the machine for 12 (twelve) months. During this Warranty period, the seller will provide free spare parts that cause by the machine’s quality within 10 days by fast courier upon receipt of buyer’s notice.(we will also provide one set of spare parts /wear &tear parts to customer along with the shipment of the machine.
Service 5: We warmly welcome the suggestions from customer to make us grow better and produce better machine along with providing better service to customer, and create more value for customer.
Service 6: Before placing the order or before shipping, welcome to our factory to take a visit to inspect our machine. we will pick you up in the airport or train station and arrange your following schedule in our city to bring you a nice journey during this visit.
