Alu-PVC blister packing machine can be divided into roller-type and flat-type depending on its bubble forming type and heat sealing type. Flat-type blister packing machine can do better than roller-type machine in bubble forming effect and heat sealing effect. When it comes to heat sealing speed and reliability, however, roller-type blister packing machine is no doubt better. As we have years of experience of blister packing machine manufacturing, we find that unqualified bubbles can be somewhat caused by problems of heat sealing.
PVC and alu foil are fed in parallel. On roller-type blister packing machine, a pair of heat sealing rollers, as well as netting rollers, can mesh to heat seal the materials at certain temperature and pressure. The contact between the two rollers are linear with low pressure. On the other hand, PVC and alu foil are sealed by flat-type heat sealing boards and the contact between the boards is planar with high pressure. In fact, unclear netting lines or netting lines of non-uniform depth are common problems on both roller-type and flat-type blister packing machines. And the following points can be checked for solution of the problems.
Blister bubble forming is the first step for the whole working process of blister packing machine, but for the new comer user , they may meet with the problem of blister bubble forming , either the bubble is broken or the white spot appears,or the blister bubble is completely pressed. Here we will summarize the following advice of the causes of blister bubble forming problem for you to check why the blister bubble is not well formed or even broken.
1) Whether PVC film is qualified.
2) Whether heating temperature is too high or too low.
3) Whether PVC adheres to the heating device.
4) Whether compressed air is clean and dry, whether its pressure and flow rate are normal, whether there is abnormal consumption of compressed air on the positive-pressure forming station of flat-type blister packing machine.
5) Whether the cooling system of forming station works normally and effectively.
6) Whether vacuum degree and air exhaust speed are normal and whether there is abnormal consumption on the negative-pressure forming station of roller-type blister packing machine.
7) Whether forming molds are qualified, whether bubble forming holes are smooth and whether air flows unobstructed.
8) Whether PVC is held firmly by the positive-pressure forming molds of flat-type blister packing machine.
The above points can be checked one by one until the cause is found. And please be noted that it’s better to operate the machine by workers who know machine structure and working principle well.
