Why Does Packing Film Deviate on Vertical Granule Packing Machine?

Classified by sachet former type, there are two kinds of vertical granule packing machines, small one being equipped with long tube type sachet former, and medium or large vertical one with lapel former. However, regardless of the machine type, deviant packing film seems to be a terrible problem for producers.

1. Why packing film deviates?

1) Lapel former is not correctly installed;

2) The sachet former is damaged, uneven and malfunctioning;

3) The rubber ring to fix packing film is not set well;

4) Packing film devices have brake failure;

5) Packing film is not well fixed at the center of packing film devices;

6) The roller for packing film devices falls off.

2. How to solve the film deviation( how to fix the packing film)?

1) Install the sachet former in strict accordance with regulated steps in user’s manual and install it at the right position;

2) Do no beat sachet former with solid objects violently;

3) Check the roller, fix packing film at the center and set the rubber ring firmly. Before starting the machine, turn the ring and make sure it is well set;

4) For brake failure, check the brake line and other components to find out any abnormality;

5) Control the position of packing film through the keys on touch screen.
