Thailand - Sachet Packing Machine Test

Just one month ago, we exported three sets of powder packing machine to Thailand, to our old friends. And before the exportation, they actually additional ordered another sachet packing machine from us for their another kind of product.

The previous powder packing machine is used to pack oat bran drinks powder. However, this time, our clients’ product is no longer single powder, but mixture of many kinds of solids, which have different size and softness, including rose petals, pumpkin seeds, almond kernels, raisin, wheat bran and so on.

For example, one product is the mixture of pumpkin seeds and almond kernels (7g), raisin (4g) and wheat bran (24g), totally 35 grams per sachet. As our clients required, the machine should be able to feed 35g product into a sachet in two times, 17.5g each time. To make sure the packing performance, we carried out a machine test few days ago. Oat bran was sent from our clients and something others such as rose petals, pumpkin seeds, almond kernels and raisin are bought in local supermarkets. At first, the test showed some shortages of the machine, including slow packing. But our technicians and engineers worked together and now the machine has higher speed to meet clients’ needs.

This is our customized machine for our customer to fill several kinds of mixed nuts and grain such as rice flour, pumpkin seed, almond, dry grapes, peanuts.

The key point is to control the filling precision of each product into the sachet, we realized this by designing several groups of feeder for customer.
