Spain- Olive oil Blister Packing Machine

Lately, a blister packing machine are packed and are ready for the shipment to Spain.

Blister packing machine is now very popular in pharmaceutical industry or food industry to pack drugs in the form of capsule, tablet or pill, as well as some foods such as olive oil, butter, honey, ketchup and some other pastes. This time, our Spanish customer buy a blister packing machine for olive oil packing.

The olive oil is packed in the blisters of the similar shape to the blisters shown in the following picture:

These blisters are corrugated. Such a shape or form make the blisters not so sleek that the blisters can be held by users more stably. But corrugated design is not so common in blister packing. It is also the first time for us to come across the customer who requires such blister design. To meet his requirement, we modify the molds and corrugate it.

Besides, considering the customer’s requirements on filling volume, we designed two sets of molds for them to fill the olive oil in the volume ranging from 12ml-20ml. The machine user can choose the proper mold depending on the practical filling volume that they want. And then they can set the volume figure on the touch screen. With leading electrical components, the setting and adjustment can all be fulfilled simply and conveniently.

We also have to express our gratitude to one of our old Spanish friends who helped us to translate the user’s manual for this DPP-150 blister packing machine and some other information on the touch screen. The old Spanish customer also once bought a blister packing machine from us. And now that blister packing machine works well in their factory. Besides, they bought a series of machines from us in quick succession, including liquid filling and sealing machine, soft capsule machine and some extracting machine that we were trusted to outsource for them. These dealings contributed to the good relation between us.

Beside Spanish, the touch screen can also display in other language, including but not limited toly English, Russian, Korean, Japanese, French and German. And the user’s manual can also be translated to the customers’ native language for their more convenient operation.
