Russia-plastic ampoule labeling machine

Liquid packing is not simply a process of packing liquid into containers such as blisters or plastic ampouls. For most producers, packing liquid into the containers is only the first step, after which, the containers can be labeled by a labeling machine and then cartoned by a carton machine. The products produced by a liquid filling and sealing machine will also be processed in this order. We can see a long liquid packing line at the center of a factory. A labeling machine, with its small size, might be not as obvious as the liquid filling and sealing machine but have its own role of labeling the ampoules in the liquid packing line. Therefore, labeling machine is always required at the same time with liquid sealing and filling machine.

One of our old Russian customer also contacted us again and placed an order on the labeling machine. He once bough a vapor E liquid oil plastic ampoule liquid filling and sealing machine from us. And for his new products, he ordered a set of mold to pack 5ml liquid in each ampoule. After this second order, he besides asked a plastic ampoule labeling machine to label those 5ml ampoules weeks ago.

After receiving his order, we arranged the machine manufacturing immediately. And not long ago, the machine manufacturing finished. Now the machine is being tested before being out of factory.

 During the test, our engineers and technicians will check the product quality carefully and make sure that the machine meets the standard. Besides, we can also take some videos for the goal of guiding the customer’s usage during practical production.
