Every BFS process begins with the extrusion of a sterile polymer parison directly within the system. Once complete, the container can then be moulded, fi lled, sealed, and immediately demoulded – all in a single process, in a self-contained system, and without the need for any external intervention. This eliminates the need for expensive logistics, not to mention time-consuming cleaning and sterilization processes for prefabricated containers. All of the fi lling processes – including the dosing system – are designed with CIP/SIP in mind. What this means is that all of the product-handling lines are cleaned, sterilized with pressurized steam, and dried with sterile-fi ltered air by automatic programs. This makes bottelpack technology the most reliable aseptic fi lling method.

This machine adopts composite film of PVC/PE, heat-sealing while forming, driven by camshaft. The mould is installed on the guide plate. The roller on the ejector pin moves back and forth along with the double cam. While the forming mould is blowing to form plastic bottle, the sealing mould seals the bottle. Filling & sealing, impressing and punching can be finished in the same production line integrally.

Polyethylene is one of the most commonly used polymer materials in daily life, and is widely used in the manufacture of plastic bags, plastic films, and milk barrels. PE is resistant to many organic solvents and is resistant to a variety of acid and alkali corrosion, but is not resistant to oxidizing acids such as nitric acid.

1. The footing should be padded with uniform rubber plate.
2. Need to arrange professional staff to operate and maintain the machine.
3. It must connect to the ground wire at the specific location signed by the landmark label.
4. All the moving parts of this machine must be oiled before working.
5. It’s suggested to use oilless air compressor for this machine.
6. Please not use over-pressure in forming, tail sealing and impressing process, or the life of the machine will be shortened.
1. As the safety utilization of electric power required, plug in 220V power supply.
2. Dredge the water flowing way as the signs shown to make the cooling water flow in and out smoothly.
3. Connect the air tube to the joint and open the air compressor to adjust the pressure over 0.6MPA, then it can be operated.
1. Start up the machine to enter the human-machine interface and then turn on the four heating switches 1-2-3-4. The 1-2 switches are used in forming process, the temperature should be set as 130-150℃. The 3-4 switches are used in tail sealing process, the temperature should be set as 110-130℃.
2. Pull the PVC/PE composite film along the running direction of the machine until passing through the punching parts; press the “traction on” button in HMI to clamp the film.
3. The host machine can start work after the temperature becomes normal; turn on the filling switch again when the forming process is normal and then adjust the punching part after a few minutes.
