How to solve cutter problem on vertical packing machine

Vertical packing machine , which is widely for powder, granule, gel, liquid filling and packing. During the running of vertical packing machine,it is inevitable for cutters on automatic packing machine to have some errors. But how to solve the cutter problem on vertical packing machine?

Solution for cutter problem for vertical packing machine( how to fix the cutter on packing machine )

1) During production, packing sachets cannot be cut off by the cutter: Check whether the cutter is sharp or whether there is gap between horizontal sealers;

2) Some parts of sachets edge are jagged but some are not: Check if jags of cutter falls off;

3) Sachets are not symmetrical vertically: Check if the cutter dislocate or is not installed correctly;

4) The cutter doesn’t work while producing:

a. Check the control panel and check the working of control system of the cutter;

b. Check on the control panel if the cutter speed is constant with packing speed;

c. Check if sensor on the cylinder is faulty and can send out signal after horizontal sealers are closed;

d. Check if electrical control system is mistakenly wired or has any other wiring problems, or if electromagnetic valve and cylinder are faulty.
