Cartoning machine which erects a folded and side seam sealed carton and places it on a horizontal mechanism, so that the carton can be filled with product horizontally through an open end flap of the carton before being closed.

Characteristics

1. This machine is more convenient to adjust and maintain, many ways to close the carton and other devices are optional. For different spec. of cartons, only need to adjust the position of related parts instead of changing moulds.

2.  The machine frame equipped with main drive motor and clutch brake, and machine board equipped with each transmission system, have sufficient strength and rigidity. Under the overloaded condition, the torque overload protector can disconnect the main drive motor and each transmission system to prevent the components from damaging.

3. Safety

If no carton, it will not release instruction paper and blister sheet for filling, the machine also will stop running and sound to alarm.

If no instruction paper, it will not release blister sheet for filling, the empty carton then be rejected, and the machine stops running and sound to alarm.

If no blister sheet, the carton and instruction paper will wait for it, and the machine stops running and sound to alarm.

4. It’s equipped with steel letter coding system, also can be connected with inkjet printer for cooperation.

Performance

1.  With intermittent operation, PLC control and simply structure, this machine is easy to maintain. It adopts a series of complex transmission, imitating human’s action to finish the whole process of carton releasing, carton opening, instruction paper folding, material (medicine and instruction paper) filling and carton sealing.

2.  High cartoning speed and low running speed can not only reduce the sensibility of packing material to enhance its adaptability but also reduce the wear of machine. High productivity but low mechanical running speed.

3.  It’s equipped with ZL112 vacuum generator (SMC) to auto-pick up the carton and open it with wide-angle to ensure the precision of opening degree.  

4.  It adopts GUK auto-folding system of instruction paper and transmission device.

5.  It adopts the wheel-type to fill the instruction paper into carton, controlled by PLC, to avoid the paper slipping down resulting from the traditional material-filling structure out of sync.

6.  The material (blister sheet and instruction paper) filling system operates intermittently, equipped with overload protection device to ensure the blister sheet and instruction paper entering into carton safely.
