Russia---Plastic Vial Forming, Filling and Sealing Machine

In August, our Russian clients had a visit to our factories. Before they purchased all the vial forming filling and sealing machine from Italy, after their inspection to our machine, they are well satisfied with our machine performance, quality , service and also price. The final packing result is neck and neck to the one made from Italian machine, and even our machine is easier and simple on electrical components and adjustment as introduced by customer.

With perfect functions, plastic vial forming, filling and sealing machine attracts our clients much. As a three-in-one machine, plastic vial forming, filling and sealing machine can form blisters, fill liquids into blisters, heat seal and punch. However, what attracts our clients more is the pump of machine. Since they have different requirements to their products, three kinds of pumps are installed on our machine, namely, peristaltic pump, rotary valve metering pump and stainless steel piston pump. These three pumps can help to fill different material. Therefore, during different batch, set relevant parameters on the touch screen and different products can be produced. The machine can be customized to meet clients’ reasonable requirements.

As to industrial chiller CA-02, it is a machine with small size but irreplaceable role. As it is known, industrial chiller can cool machine through cooled water. Without it, the machine might be overheated to destroy products and even threaten personal safety. That is why industrial chiller plays an important role during production. And for the sake of our responsibility to clients, we introduced industrial chiller CA-02 to them.

Now it is time to delivery the machines to Russia, have a nice trip and well behaved in customer factory ^^
