Overview
JDZ-120P automatic horizontal cartoning machine, it is the automatic box packing machine for bottle, jar. It can be used to carton medicine bottles (round/square), cosmetics, foodstuff, health care bottles or bottle-like containers.
For round bottle, it is automatically feed from the rotating turn table, and it will automatically be transferred onto the machine conveyor. For square or irregular shape of bottles, we can place them onto the machine conveyor manually.
The machine is innovated and designed in strict accordance with pharmaceutical requirements of GMP. Its housing is made of stainless steel of high quality. And, operating platform is enclosed with plexiglass doors and windows. Besides, overload protection and emergency stop are all designed into the transmission part. What’s more, HMI is applied in control system to secure operators.
It can be connected with the front bottle filling machine or bottle labeling machine to realize a full automatic production line.
Overview
Round bottle feeding from the turn table--- transfer onto the machine conveyor ---box opening and shaping----folding leaflet ---bottle and leaflet pushing into the box---- batch No embossing or ink jet printing( optional)----box tuck-in closing or hot melt glue sealing---final product output.
Application
It can finish a series of complicated process, including conveying medicine bottles or goods, folding instructions (into 1-4 fold(s)) and conveying them, opening, forming and conveying cartons, cartoning bottles and folded instructions, embossing batch number and closing the two paper tongues of cartons. The machine is innovated and designed in strict accordance with pharmaceutical requirements of GMP. Its housing is made of stainless steel of high quality. And, operating platform is enclosed with plexiglass doors and windows. Besides, overload protection and emergency stop are all designed into the transmission part. What’s more, HMI is applied in control system to secure operators.
Main technical feature
1. The machine is of compact and reasonable structure, stable and advanced performance and easy and convenient operation.
2. The main machine applies frequency control of motor speed. (Its cartoning speed can be set in a range of 50-100 pcs per minute, depending on the material to be packed and the packing difficulty.)
3. PLC is applied for automatic control.
4. International famous electrical and pneumatic components are applied.
5. HMI can display packing speed and count automatically.
6. High-strength photoelectrical device detects the operation of every part. Any abnormality occurring during operation can be displayed automatically for timely error clearance.
7. The machine can be operated manually or automatically.
8. Automatic detection system is equipped to alarm and exclude defective products and stop machine after certain operation.
9. The machine stops when overloaded.
