1.Application
Automatic product feeding, carton sucking and opening, product pushing into the carton, glue spray sealing, batch No printing etc.
It is suitable for the automatic cartoning for sanitary napkin, tissue, face mask and other similar products.
2.Main performance and structure features
1)The machine can automatically feed materials, open cartons, fold leaflets, carton materials, print batch number, close cartons and reject. It has compact and reasonable structure and simple operation and adjustment.
2)The machine applies servo stepping motor, touch screen and PLC. Besides, HMI can display operation more clearly and conveniently. The machine is of high automation and is more human-friendly.
3)Photo electrical eye can automatically detect and trace so that the machine can save more packing material through no carton feeding when there is no material.
4)The machine has wide cartoning scope and convenient adjustment. Materials of different specification or size can be cartoned through quick adjustment of parts.
5)Mold adjustment, instead of mold changing, is needed to adjust to different material specifications.
6)The machine stops automatically when objects are not cartoned completely. It also applies overload protection device for the main driving motor so that the machine is safer and more reliable.
7)The safety prevention cover can be customized to be upturned for simple operation and beautiful appearance.
8)It can link with strip packing machine, blow packing machine, 3D packing machine, bottle filling line, filling machine, labeling machine, printing machine and online measuring machine to form a production line.
